transfer date? I've transferred money when I've bought stuff through gumtree or whatever and never had to put a date in to transfer the money on a certain date. it happens straight away.

you can set a payment for a certain date, guess he's tried to coincide that with cash in the tank, not good at all

With NAB, over the internet banking, you can choose a date

I imagine this is something that you would have to manually change though? Not like my bank automatically sets the transfer date as a week from the date I enter the transfer? Seems a bit disingenuous to say I've transferred your money when you've only set the transfer to happen a days/week(s?) later.

I've dealt with Gary for 10 years and been quite satisfied, until this time, if i'd been the slightest bit dissatisfied I would not have gone back,
To me his deal is totally out of character, and I'm the victim.

I refer to your correspondence dated 9 September 2016 regarding Aussie Custom Golf.

Your concerns were brought to the attention of Mr Gary Tozer, Owner, Aussie Custom Golf. Mr Tozer advised that a refund for $272.25 was processed on 20 September 2016 and advised to allow three to four business days for this to appear in your account.

If you wish to pursue the matter further, you have the option of lodging a claim with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Information, including an application form and fee schedule, can be obtained from the tribunal website at
    http://www.ncat.nsw.gov.au/Pages/cc/Divisions/consumer_claims.aspx.

40 people on the internet haven't got you any closer to getting your money.

You may be better off following Fair Trading NSW's advice (post #267).

It says allow 3 to 4 business days, so he'll probably have to wait at least until Wednesday before going further.

Maybe that's when the next jackpot is due to go off at the local.

    I say keep them out.

Otherwise, their presence is evidence that Jim had not done what was requested by Aussie Custom Golf, and it could weaken his case with NSW Fair Trading.

You would have thought his strongest ally on this forum would have advised him to "sort it out sooner rather than later" quite some time ago but to no avail so someone walking in the door, if the door is open!!!!, would not necessarily solve this issue I don't believe

I'll be the wedge head, I'll have a non speaking (and non appearance) part.

    Clearly I won't be required
