Obviously it's an opinion thing but if you watch any of his appearances on that show he clearly doesn't understand that the nature of improv. is to listen to others on stage and accept their offers - he finds this too hard because the scene is all about him and everything else is unimportant - the opposite of what we teach kids about performance.

Yes - spent so long rehearsing the 'hangover' cure I felt sick...

Sadly, Penny Dreadful ended after only 3 seasons; the writer felt that he had told the story that he wanted to. I certainly enjoyed season 3 more than season 2, and would have been happy to watch more. One of the saddest things is that I won't get to see Eva Green on my TV screen. Over the course of the series I fell in love with her. Maybe I'll have to go watch that new kids film by Tim Burton coming out that has her in it.

I've also been watching BBC's The Office. What an overrated show? This new David Brent movie will definitely be one for me to avoid based on this series, although the second season has seemed funnier so far.

Been meaning to watch more PD. Watched the first ep, but Rob didn't like it. There's plenty of Eva Green to see if you look around. She's not bashful.

Enjoyed Stranger Things on Netflix. Didn't feel 'run of the mill'.

It's on the watchlist; either for me, or with the missus. Have you finished it?
We haven't started the second season of Mr Robot yet, plus Fear the Walking Dead is about to continue, although it is nothing special.

We started Mr Robot 2, but haven't watched past the 2nd ep yet. Just other stuff getting in the way (read: too many girls hear watching the bachelor/bachelorette).

Yeah, we finished Stranger Things the other night. Watched it in a few days really. We really enjoyed it, and I've heard it's already a go ahead for a second season.

The Last Ship is our other favourite. FTWD is kinda ok. If we weren't Walking Dead fans we probably wouldn't watch it. Much of the time I think I wanna watch it incase it reveals more about how it all started etc.

Clare watched the Kettering incident and thought it was really good but I lost interest after the first episode. It's a slow burner and I found the first two episodes (aired as a double) horribly boring but by about episode 4 it gets better.

I've got one episode left to watch of it, and it has been sitting there for months. It got a bit silly for me, and the show seems targeted to teenagers (it is made by MTV).

One of them is very good and one of them is a steaming pile of crap. I'm not going to tell you which is which so as to not spoil it.

Have to agree with you Andy, Penny Dreadful was a great show and I was disappointed that it finished after just 3 seasons.....

I'd be keen to see which is which for you once you've watched them. We're still watching the night of. Still running on Fox. Is it showing anywhere else?
