Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which is a fantastic comedy, is back on. My 13 year old has been going through Netflix and watching them all again.

Rick and Morty is still giving me laughs.

I'm watching Glitch with the missus, but it hasn't really drawn me in. The storyline is okay, but it seems poorly scripted or something.

I finished the second season of Better Call Saul. It is a slow paced show, and I don't think there would be many watching it, who hadn't watched Breaking Bad.

The wife and I enjoyed Ozark on Netflix.

Marvel's Iron Fist was ordinary, as the lead character was annoying. As a result, The Defenders didn't enthuse me either.

Speaking of enthusiasm, I've just started on Season 1 of Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm. It seems like my sort of comedy, with the main character getting annoyed at the smallest things.

Has anyone watched American Gods? Should I add it to my list?

To finish, I binge watched Silicon Valley earlier this year. That was fantastic. While I am not specifically in the IT industry, I am around it enough to get most of the humour.
This scene, about mean jerk time, is one of the highlights. No nudity, but NSFW.

    Brooklyn Nine Nine is good.

Still really enjoy Big Bang as it reminds me of my "bro in law". He has his Doctorate in Mathmatical Physics and has no idea about the simplest tasks outside of that.

Daughter is currently getting into Lucifer. I think it's about the devil solving crimes or something. His voice sounds like he has got a plum shoved somehere dark.

yeah...Lucifer is ok to watch... not sure how long the story line can last
but I prefer Castle for these type of buddy/romance/banter cop show and dialogue were much better

Archer is good to watch after a few drinks...

We love Lucifer. Love where they take the religious element. It's funny when he talks about dad.

Yeah, iron fist wasn't up to the class of the others, and didn't help defenders. Looking forward to The punisher though.

I didn't watch much of American Gods, wasn't really my thing.

Waz, did you give Young Sheldon a go?

It's the Big Bang spinoff, about Sheldon when he was like 8.

Interesting fact, the actress that plays his mother in Young Sheldon is the daughter of Laurie Metcalf who plays his mother on Big Bang.

Currently loving Taskmaster from the UK, and Mindhunter from the US.

Both absolutely ripping shows, but for very obviously different reasons.

My wife watched it; said during the operations the organs looked like coloured sponges, that the production quality was a bit low.

Been watching The Vietnam War on SBS on demand.

Born in the mid 70s, the detail of the story and history of the Vietnam War has only really been gleaned from random tv and movies, despite my mothers first fiance being killed in action.

Its a genuinely excellent 10 part documentary - and as a bonus, the music is by Trent Reznor.

Default TV shows I love to watch

Ozark, Mindhunter, Manhunt: Unabomber, The Punisher... all excellent in their own way.

Still watching The Last Man On Earth & Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

I’ve also been plowing through the first 3 seasons of Bron/ Broen/ The Bridge, as the fourth season has just started. Like Trapped & Midnight Sun, it’s a sub-titled show, but this one is about a Danish & Swedish detective who team up to investigate crimes involving both countries. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1733785/
    Very, very good.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, the first ep or two of the last man on earth might be the funniest tv ever made.

Forgot to mention I've also started Godless (western mini-series). Looks promising form the first episode.
