After a year of using Bridgestone and trying the TP5 and new ProV1 (too expensive); I've gone back to my last few sleeves of Vice Tour I have sitting around.
Doesn't feel as soft as the Bridgestone, but it seems to go pretty well during the weekend. Had a few big drives even when it didnt feel like I hit it well. Had a 270m drive (but it was downhill and back wind ... but did outdrive the young fella by about 20m )

Chipping around the green was still pretty good and putting was a solid ting off the ER5.

Might get a few boxes again when I finish up my current stash of Bridgestones and TP5

I came across one about a month ago and used it for 9 holes, really liked it and have since bought a dozen. Really like them so far, probably not as long as the Tp5x I was using but find them very consistent in length and spin etc.

Hey Guys please investigate FORTE golf balls, I have tried them, For me they are an awesome ball, They have a good variety of compressions,. I'm a senior golfer with a high handicap, I don't hit the ball that far anymore. But to Give you an idea , I used to hit with Titleist next tour s off the tee about 180 metres, with forte I'm averaging 230 metres. I used SS2 forte at $24 a dozen $8 delivery suits my budget as well . I play with a guy that is a 9 handicapper he is now using FORTE golf balls with a different compression , and wow can he hit that ball . Definately worth trying

Forte is a swear word around this place, due to their spammy ways. And unfortunately, that's how your post reads too. 50m gain with a ball change?

Sounds like VET Golfer forgot to mention he was hitting 3 iron off the tee, then driver for that distance gain.

    Bugger me.

I'm off to buy some yellow tees and then jump onto the Forte site.

I have hit forte and I am an old guy .I reckon they go further for me but I am talking 5 10 metres at most . The ball that’s about $31 a doz seemed to be better for me than prov1 . I think vet should have added the disclaimer “this is a paid advertisement “

I used a used TP5 on the weekend for pennant.Went ok,spun it a bit to much for my liking on wet greens,so went back to the q-star for the back 9.Absolutely no difference for me.Must have something to do with strike on the clubface. When putting, the ball to me makes no difference
