Reply I received from Golfbox last night;
We have been in contact with them and they are working through their technical issues.
I have no reason to doubt GB, but I still don't think it is going to happen.

Took the S60 out for a run this morning for a quick 9 hole. seems to work pretty well; even registered my "soft" shank from a bunker and subsequent punt chip from the bush out easily.
I do wish it has a manual register shot on the watch if it doesnt register a hit as mentioned in some garmin forum, but otherwise, it was pretty easy to use.
Well blow me down, the website is back up and working this morning!! After more than two weeks of nothing, I was not expecting that!
Maybe they had been hijacked??, which seems to be a thing at the moment. Their security isn't the greatest, not that there is any sensitive info for the user, but they would be very vulnerable to an attack.
Busy uploading rounds to check everything is working again.
The data side seems to be operating as normal. I have uploaded rounds, changed my bag and looked at Data Insights, and all appears as normal. No changes I have noticed, so doesn't seem it was any sort of upgrade.
The main website is still up, but support, FAQ etc are all still down.
Didn't you get the email from them telling us what has been going on? Me neither.
I just lost my round from Monday.
I started the upload and the GameGolf screen stayed on 'Building' status for a long time. I unplugged the device and plugged it back in, but the round isn't on the device anymore.
Me again. It has appeared. That was slow.
The Game Golf Website still up, but still nothing about what took it off line? The SupportFAQ/Forum links are still not working.
Golfbox no longer lists the Live version for sale, perhaps they sold out? But they now list the Pro version for pre sale for $449. And they also have the Garmin C10 Tags (only?) for pre sale at the same price.
I also noticed Golf Golf now also have a new product listed called Game Golf Intelligence.
As I read it, it uses the data of all the GG users to give Course Management aggregate info on Course use.Designed to help golf course stakeholders lower maintenance costs, improve pace of play, assess course set-up and playability, and make courses safer.

I've got a strange fault now. I am trying to process a round from Gailes, but the background is black, so I can't see fairways, greens, etc. This is the case for past rounds, and even if I look at Daves most recent round at Gailes. Yet, if I look at any other course, including Wolston Park next door, everything is fine.
The support page for Game Golf doesn't work again. I can't get a fairway hit to trigger for my last hole today, but I can't report the problem.
I tried replying to a previous email instead. I forgot about the blue box.
The blue box doesn't appear on the old PC, which is why I forgot about it, but it does on the work PC. They responded to my request from Sunday, last night.
Daves, can you have a look at your unit for me and tell me where I'm meant to put this back on to the clip, if I can at all?
I found this video that shows how to replace the Backplate/Belt Clip (if you can get one of course);
I just replaced one with the Clip off the GG Live I have that has weak battery. The newer Live models All Red) have a revised clip arrangement that seems to have eliminated the weak point(s). They retro fit which is good. I did not try it, but it looks like the battery could be easily replaced/swapped as well.
The Support Centre link still doesn't work so I have sent a Message asking if spares are still available?.
I go the same answer (from Mike). He did give me a contact here. I gather these guys are now the Australian Distributors;

I emailed Clint but have not got a reply.
It still works well in the pocket, so I'm persisting.
