    Default Virge's Swing, Bye Bye GE, Hello Foley

    As promised - here is April May'ish last year. Just after Major Pennants finished.

    I have a few sets of swings - but with 3 or 4 sets I should be able to show the progression over the last year.

    The main stuff has been on turn and posture.

    The vids are here. They are around 8MB file and goes for 2-3 minutes. It is encoded using DivX (www.divx.com) you may need the codec from this website
