Admittedly, it was misting with rain at times and pretty windy, but still pleasant overall. If you are thinking of coming to Scotland for golf, consider coming in early November. It is off peak, the courses are both cheaper and largely empty, and the weather (been here for nearly a month now) has been much better than expected.
