Here are the details of the Parkrun that we are looking to do on Saturday morning.

Albert parkrun
To participate in a parkrun, you need to register and print out a barcode for yourself. The run itself is free, but without this barcode you won't get a finishing time.

Last year, I ran between the race and the hotel. It's not far as the crow flies, but there is a big lake that gets in the way, so it is about 2.4k to get there, 5k for the run, then the return, to make about 10k all up.

Last week's course times: Fastest - 16m13s, Slowest - 1h01m20s.
238 runners/walkers.
I ran 19m30s last year, but I think I'm a bit slower this year.

Start time for parkruns is 8am in Melbourne, so we should leave the hotel no later than 7:40a.

Haysey and I will headover for a run (then a possible spew). Does anyone else want to have a trot?
