playing it in a couple of weeks - will report back.
This is a couple of pics from the Bungool course after the flooding. Those that know the course will know how bad this is. The only greens to not be under the water I believe were the 7th and 17th.
The third picture is taken from the grass next to the first tee where they would hold wedding ceremonies looking across to the 5th and 3rd fairways and the 2nd green would be somewhere there too I think.
It totally sucks what happened out there. As stealth was saying, it was a great place to go to play. Very often would have a golf course to yourself late in the day and it was such a great course (Bungool). Membership was great value and the club was doing well but the floods and the new GM completely ****ed the place up so unless something drastic changes, I don't think I'll be heading out there and I wouldn't be holding my breath for the owner to be spending any money out there anytime soon from what I've been told.

I saw an update today that 9 holes of Bungool are back in play but the full 18 won’t be back until 2022.
Heard today that they are down to 33 members…
I've been seeing ads on FB in the past week or so about the Riverside Cup in April next year... on Bungool ?!
Played Riverside...
Course is ok.. greens were decent. Tees were fine.
Range is older than religion and the balls were made of percha.
pricing was a bit silly @ over $100 for the game... carts were comfy and modern.
Carpark was a 4WD only track
It just looked tired and needed some cash...
Still dont know what the space shuttle thing is for...
Not when it’s 1 foot underwater…..
Bwahahahahaha
Agree the place has looked tired for a long time. Played there socially since the 90s and was great value when they had good twilight specials but not so much these days. Even with the urban sprawl and improved motorways around Sydney its still a long way from anywhere. As to the Space Shuttle someone said it was a world speed record boat that never got used but that may be total crap - certainly looks odd out there. Of course the boat may be their arc when it next floods
