Lockyer is in doubt now, has not trained since the game last Friday night.
Wow Maroons are a tender lot
Locky & Thurston in doubt now.

Lockyer was always going to be given a light week this week.

I'm sure he knows himself whether he'll be right to play or not, and he'd no doubt do the right thing by the team and pull out early (like he did for the test match)

It's a media tactic. I reckon Prince has been brought in to cover for Lockyer, not Thurston.

Hmmm... sounds like the Maroons are trying to fashion some disarray. Come hell or high water they want to be underdogs.

Personally I think they are comfortably underdogs anyway.

Yeah, but when you get to your age, you can't look to far back in the past...

So they lose a champion player who is struggling with injury, and replace him with one of the form players of the competition?

Nothing changes for QLD - match (or beat) NSW up front and the game is theirs to lose. IMO the return of Price is as important as the return of Lockyer. He and Petero killed us last year.
