True. But to be held to 0 is bad karma. As Bruce said, you have to hang on to the ball. Mason should let Bud do the stripping, he is extremely good at it where Mason is an Ass Clown (Google it 69er).

I am not sure why you guys are bellyaching about Archer, refereeing was fine.

Not quite - was out watching the "contest" at the club. Alcohol was my friend.

16 penalties in an origin ? Bill would roll over in his grave. It's hard to play the same way as in game one when the rules are different in game 2

Mason should be sited, going in with his knees like he did could have caused some serious damage. Maybe trying for some payback to the dogies.

I was wondering if anyone else saw that, I thought it was a pretty blatant effort of leading with the knees. A normal game of footy and that would of been reported you would think.

    Peter Peter Peter ...

.. the REAL reason you guys didn't play the same last night as you did in game one was because you had NO go forward, no organisation inthe halves, and terrible ball control.

I agree some ref's decisions were bad (for both sides) but Archer wasn't responsible for the errors made by the Blues... they were rattled early on by a much more committed QLD side hellbent on revenge from Game one

Tate was the pick of the centres for me, but I would of gone for someone like Petro or Crocker.

They are the ones that laid the platform for the backs to do their thing. But awards never seem to go that way.
