Can’t be much worse than Pitt and he did oversee a very prosperous period in Cricket.

There definitely needs to be a bit more balance between elite and recreational ranks.

Does GA have the sort of money to pay him? Does he have a son that is any good at golf?

No organisation should employ him after he allowed himself to be rooted up the arse by the Australian cricketers association during the pay/revenue dispute. Weak as piss.

GA have been pissing away money for years so there's no reason why not. Whether they can afford to pay him anywhere near the $2-$3m he was sucking out of CA is another matter.

He'd do a shit job anyway, probably as bad as Pitt.

Didn’t the cricketers get a set % of revenue rather than a dollar amount? That’s looking like a pretty good deal for CA right now.

    It probably is.
Sutherland should have told them to **** off with their demands at the time though.

What's wrong with getting rooted up the arse?

Sutherland has been confirmed at GA boss.

One of my close mates (who meets regularly with GA) told me that the loss has got bigger in the 2019/2020 financial year.

Lots of other issues like some states who joined the One Golf structure are really unhappy with the changes forced on them by GA, so the new CEO will have his work cut out.

Love the sites description "Where facts don't matter", that's too funny and has some other great stories.

Nothing like going to a Strip Club wearing Face Shield and a Rain Coat for a seat in the front row.

His son and son’s wife also have it, most likely from the PNC tournament last week where Greg and son played.

Dan Andrews stepping down, seemingly on his own terms.
