I think the jury's still out on that one (I've been waiting years to use that).

I'm quite uncomfortable with the conclusion that a plaintiff is so arrogant they will sue for defamation regarding an allegation that was actually true. The same concern applies to the Ben Roberts-Smith case. I seriously wonder about the quality of the legal advice provided to the plaintiff in both instances.

As someone who has just started taking the train to work to save some money this will be fantastic. Go from $120 a week in fuel to $48 a week on the train to $5 a week that's a big saving. Trains not for everyone but I think they will be a bit busier come August.
