Been wondering when his name would eventually come out "officially", but a "high profile" person who has been charged with two counts of rape in Toowoomba in 2021 has been named as Bruce Lehrmann.

So wonder if this will have any affect on his upcoming trial up here? I know technically it shouldn't, but it's gonna be hard when a judge basically says he can't trust anything he says?
And this could cost him a fair whack? I think he was saying something about 10/Wilk to supply documents regarding costs by the 22nd?

A court has found him to be a rapist, so it’s longer just an allegation. That’s how it works. Best bit is that the choad brought that judgement on himself. He should sue himself for defamation.

Balance of probabilities is good enough. By all means read the judgement and point out to me where I’m wrong though. The judge saying in his verdict “Mr Lehmann raped Ms Higgins” seems pretty convincing, in case the whole judgement is a little TL: DR.

BOP doesn't convict you for any crime, just means the judge believed more of her lies than his in a civil matter. Pretty straight forward stuff really.
