braddles - can you make this?

I could also drive us up to Barnbougle - it is only a 3.5 hour drive from Hobart. I am looking forward to meeting everyone at BD.

i don't really mind whether we play Tasmania or royal Hobart. If people have a preference for one over the other, let us know. braddles can probably comment on which one is better than the other.

yeah i've played Tasmania and it was quite good. A couple of the holes were a bit "Mickey Mouse" but there were some strong holes too and the site is very cool.

actually, lets lock it in for Tasmania GC. It's the more memorable of the two courses. Wife's uncle is joining us for a hit there now and hosting us at Launceston on Friday.

any of the folks coming to Hobart got "The Golf Guide" ?????

Rack rate is $70 at Tasmania GC, but it says in the guide that it's $45 if you have the 2008 guide.

    Can anyone confirm that price???

golflink has a rate of $60.

via golfcard I have a members rate of $42

    ps toowoomba is reciprocal.

at Launceston Golf Club via golfcard I have a members rate of $35

maybe we can contact the club about a group discount or see if they have open comps on?

peter_rs, if you do need to pre-pay vouchers for this game, I'm happy to transfer money to your account asap, so you're not out of pocket etc.

Also, we'd only need to pay for 7 rounds, as John gets his game for free because he's a member at Launceston GC and they have a reciprocal arrangement.

    ok results- rank rate $70.

    Reciprocal Clubs rate $25

you can book for a rate of $45 via go-golfing or $48 on iseek.

Note if we do a group booking via go-golfing 1300 55 28 55 sharon would do a rate of $40, once everyone had rang up and paid they would fax the info to the club so there is no paper to forget.

    Can anyone else do better?

tee time held with the club for midday for 8.
