Default Yes Putters - are there still fakes around ?

I'm sort of into funky putters to try, but is this legit ?

Peter, I have gone thru a few Yes! putters... real or "fake".

For what I have seen so far, NONE of them are actually 100% fake. At least the head is the real deal. It just came down to...

    1) It got pass the (rather poor) QA standard... and gone to actual retails shops
    2) It didn't pass the QA standard... and thanks to the poor "disposal management system", it leaks to all sort of places and to be sold on any places at any price.

I remeber Coff Hacker got one that has the head "stick" to another neck etc.... thats one of the poor-er example of 2nd case.

If you want to buy a proper Yes! Putter, unfortunately you better get it from a proper shop just to be sure.

That one looks pretty legit, might be off the back of a truck but I reckon it's real. That Natalie model is so pure, putted with one in a shop, I would have bought it if not for the $379 or whatever they are

Yep, do a search on GolfWRX. I read there a while ago that the fakes have wrong headweights and the face area surrounding the C grooves is supposed to milled but isn't on the fakes.

Call me suspicious, but if the selling point of the putter is the face, why not show it all

That's what I was thinking when I looked at the pics. I've always wanted a Yes Tracy II, but I can't see myself paying $300 for a putter.
