Six months ago, I accidentally backed up against an electric fence whilst helping my wife with her horse. Both arms shot out in front of me before I knew what had happened and I’ve had no golfers or tennis elbows in either arm since! I’m not kidding..

If it's an ESWT machine, then it delivers sound shockwaves, not electrical shock.

I had tennis elbow for about 18 months and thought I was stuck with it for life. I had a couple of cortisone injections which only lasted a week or two and I had given up on getting rid of it. My sister suggested dry needling which I scoffed at, but in desperation I tried it. I had a few treatments and a month or so later it was gone.

I had it in my right arm, from playing squash, I should have stopped playing squash straight after developing the condition but continued for approx 6 months (playing 2-3 times a week). It got to the point where picking up a glass of water was extremely painfull, I quit squash and haven't played since, 12 years ago approx. It took a good 2 and half years before I had no pain in my right arm. Didn't really effect me playing golf.

I'm now unfortunately subscribing to this thread and in the GE club!
Never had elbow pain before but after playing more regularly recently it's flared up. I iced up after my round on Sunday which seemed to help a fair bit. Off to the Physio on Weds for some treatment. Will buy a band to wear to reduce the pain also.
Getting old sucks....
