Choppa V SteveRawlo pre-matchplay sledge session
Ok folks, in the spirit of taking this matchplay competition seriously, I am ponding interest in a Chop V Steve pre-matchplay pissfest. I was thinking a few quiet ales in a respectable city drinking establishment on a Friday afternoon/evening.
I figure if I have to give Steve 6 shots, the least I can do is make them Flaming Sambucca's
It won't be for quite a few weeks yet, but would there be any interest in this?
P.S. Steve, you have to come mate.

Oh dear!
You both don't mind a little poker, so would you be interested in playing in the City on that Friday evening as well, or would that get in the way of the drinking?
Dependent on timing, I'm interested.

I don't drink with anyone over 14.4 h'cap. It feels........inferior.
I'll make an exception in this case though.

ok this might be a goer. I'll give it some careful consideration, and arrange this momentus event for a date yet to be decided. I'll just have to make sure it's a date 69 can't make it.
Poker.....sure.
Pool tables......of course.
Bone socks.....ummm no sorry.

Don't drag me into this. It couldn't have been me, because I don't give a flying f*%$ if I lose or score a couple of hundred, I only turn out to get away from the family for a few hours of peace and a quiet ale afterwards.

16/17 March? St Patricks Day weekend. Do they play poker at any of the Irish pubs? Dooley's perhaps?
Your thoughts please gentlemen and Choppa.

The City Friday night Poker is at the Underground on Edward St. They probably don't have Sat night poker in the City, as it's not required to boost business.
I wouldn't be able to commit to any thing around March 16/17, with number 2's due date within the week.
Keep in mind that you guys have plenty of time for your match, considering Rd 1 won't be completed until at least mid-April.
