Default Choppa V SteveRawlo pre-matchplay sledge session

Ok folks, in the spirit of taking this matchplay competition seriously, I am ponding interest in a Chop V Steve pre-matchplay pissfest. I was thinking a few quiet ales in a respectable city drinking establishment on a Friday afternoon/evening.

I figure if I have to give Steve 6 shots, the least I can do is make them Flaming Sambucca's

It won't be for quite a few weeks yet, but would there be any interest in this?

P.S. Steve, you have to come mate.

Yes. Which makes a complete arse of the Gaelic street signs out the front. Just to take the thread further off topic it used to be the Hacienda many years ago hence its vaguely spanish looking architecture.

If you're going to defend your McLeod Cup title then it's game on, mole.

We can do this pre match session on Friday the 13th - ooooo spooky.

Perhaps if you run it by her now, she will thank you for the advance notice? Or maybe not.

But I still expect a show from you!

Good question. In the city somewhere. Dooley's might be an option if people (show up and) want to play pool. Otherwise anywhere is good.

How about Fihelly's Arms - out on the footpath tables. It's "Central" for most i'd have thought.

Fihelly's will be absolutely chockers on a Friday, as it is most days, but it is convenient.
The Brewhouse has several pool tables, I think.

Let's all get drunk on expensive Belgian beers instead.

Either of those options are good. I guess it depends on who is coming and for how long.

I'd only be dropping by for a quick drink so disregard any suggestions I make. I just thought something close to Central would work...

Spill it Chops then we have a laugh at someone else's drunken misadventure apart from yours at Bribie.
    I'm back.
