PeteyD is the man now, but IMO with Nov champs, I wouldn't think Sept 30 would be a strict deadline.

I think you can get rid of the blinkies now that you the merit bars too.

moe sorry If I missed it. I didn't see you post you were out or choppa had won.

AP I will keep both as I like the blinkies and my signature could be empty after the champs .

The whole point of the userbars is to get rid of the blinkies.

probably make sense to make them animated gifts. cos you blokes will get all cranky about how much space they will take up when i get 10 or more of them.

What makes you think that you have a choice? I certainly don't see the point in having both.

Animateds are out. Painful to create and a bit annoying.

On our side of the draw there are 2 games to be played by the champs. Me and DC, then the winner plays Vegas (not Rusty). More than enough time to get 2 matches played before a champs final.

If there September 30 deadline is enforced then I am out.

OK Updated. Ideally the final needs to played before or at the champs. This does mean that Chop and DC need to get their game done soon.

not that its a good idea to wait that long, but given that there is two days at the champs, and everyone left in the matchplay is playing, then there is a fair chance things will sort itself out!

I have lost a bit of interest in this matchplay comp because of the length of time it's taken to get to my second match, so I am pulling the pin to give DC and Vegas plenty of time to get their match done.

nonsense chop. Plenty of time for a game. The semi & final can be played at the champs. so you only have to get a game sorted by mid-november.

Thanks guys, but I am just not going to be able to make it in time. I am a very busy boy between now and the champs.
It's all good though, DC would have wiped the floor with me anyway

dc68 - do you wanna play our match on Saturday at the champs ?

I'm pretty busy at the moment too, and I haven't played Kooralbyn in 10 years, so it's a neutral venue for me.

Well seeing as I have played there 4-5 times this year and having another hit there on the 18th it sounds ok..... Seriously if we can play before then it would be preferable, last thing I want in a champs round is to be worrying about how the match is going. IF there is no option I have no problem with it though.
    I'm back.
