Mt Compass is probably better than LLB. Grange might have bounced back enough after LIV? Otherwise Blackwood in the hills is really nice.

    Compass over LLB
Unless you’re a members guest you’ll pay a premium for Glenelg and Grange and that’s if you can get on.
    Blackwood is good value.

I've only played Glenelg and LLB in Adelaide, but Glenelg would win at least 7-3, if not 8-2.

LLB is fine and has some good holes, it's just that the other courses mentioned are better.

LLB front 9 is nice... back is meh.

Definitely check out Blackwood as a lovely course that you can still get on at a 'reasonable' price.

Re LLB, as per DMG, front nine is okay, back nine feels like you have wandered on to a different course half way round! Long, open, boring ...........

Most courses will accept visitors in the comps, all depends on how much you want to pay and what kind of course you want to play at.
