Anyone hit the ping g430 10K?

Can get one 20% off. The relatively low spin and high forgiveness sounds like a winner to me. What driver are you using at the minute and how did it compare?

Very very forgiving and straight but quite a lot shorter than the g430.
I found the same with the Taylor made QI10 max. Super easy to hit but again shorter than the standard qi10

Thanks. Not what many are saying but interesting you found that it was shorter than the max. I've definitely heard that with the TM.

I have had both and the g430 beat the 10k max easily for length. You will find quite a lot of the reviews out there are saying the same thing.

Just about everything I've seen and read say it has more ball speed, less spin and more launch than the max. Proof is in the pudding so it looks like a trip to the range on Sunday.

I swallowed the Cool Aid and tried then bought a 10K with Ping Alta 55 Stiff @ 10.5* from local pro shop. I had the G425 Max and the 10K sounds way better and is more forgiving. I am still on the fence and not sure it will knock the TSR3 out of the bag as yet.

Yeah nearly all reviews I have seen have the 10K as lower spin and higher ball speed than the G430 Max, which places the 10K between the Max and LST for spin and ball speed which no one was expecting.

Have seen loads of the same. Apparently Ping knew it was going to spin in between those two. Disgusting efficiency when they can lower spin from the G430 Max yet get even more forgiveness.

Loving my 10K atm. Definitely straighter than the Max and doesn’t spin as much. Easier for me to compared to the LST

Have been playing the 10K for about a month & love it, have recently put a Diamana GT 50 S shaft in it & it is awesome. Plays about 45.75. It is actually a bit heavier on swing weight, which is helping with a straighter shot. I feel it is definitely longer than the Max version I previously had.

Am going to try an ACCRA FX 3.0 140 M0 shaft in it to see what a light weight, light flex shaft does.......ment to be similar to Autoflex shaft...

Way way better sound and feel than recent Ping drivers. For me the TSR3 was better than the G425 and the 10K better again regards carry/height on indoor testing. Still unsure out on the course though.

Went to hit this today and the lst was the winner. Hit the 10K all over the range, tried the lst and it was night and day. Got a 10.5 with kai li white. Let the honeymoon period begin!!

Had the same experience yesterday, got fit at cool clubs and hit the 10K and it was everywhere, after hitting everything else I ended up in a 430 9* LST ADDI 6x. Wasnt the longest but by far best dispersion and consistent length.

Smash balls, the g430 LST was well ahead of anything I hit a couple weeks ago and I spent 2 1/2 hours just hitting drivers with any shaft combo I could. Dispersion with the 430 was insane compared to anything else. I have never gamed anything ping in my life and ended up in their driver and irons

Kind of tying in to this. Has anyone done a Ping fitting day recently? Good/bad experiences, worth it?

For me the 10K pairs nicely with a lighter weight in the head and flat hitting shaft like the GD VF. It's a very formidable driver once dialed in. I simply can't game to any sort of satisfactory degree at the factory head weight and it was the same with many of the models prior. I think a great many have been missing out with Ping heads due to them being so heavy. A lighter weight would have seen some that couldn't gel with them game them. Some love it but those that don't just can't use them unless they change the weight. At times Ping in recent years have copped some claims of not matching certain others on the ballspeed front but IMO a reasonable segment of this has been the heavy head.

How much heavier are Ping heads compared to competitors?

10K and Max 206g, LST 208g
I had a TSR3 and it weighted about 198-199

That was with adapters, Ping list the weight on the website.
