Default Heading to Wagga - anyone played Yass or Gundagai golf courses?

Doing our annual Murray golf trip from Wollongong and heading to Wagga GC for first game next week on the way through, but might add a day to play either Yass GC or Gundagai GC but which one? Anyone played both of them?

Yass is short, tight, up and down the hill.

Hosted their open last week so condition is great.

Gundagai is meh. Only played it once, never hurrying back.

Yass is for mountain goats. Do Goulburn instead.
    Forum needs more banter.

Neither will make the top 100.

If you want an easy walk, and no pro shop and a closed clubhouse, play Gundagai.
If you want a walk up and down a mountain, but a better course with dogleg par 3s and an open pro shop, play Yass.
Other options - Cootamundra (up and down a mountain), Junee is a nice-ish country track when I played there years ago.

None of them are better than say Kembla Grange.

Better off playing Gold Creek or Gungahlin Lakes for an extra 30 mins of driving

Both of those are valid, and Gold Creek is in crappy condition.

Play GLGC - and make sure you book in advance.

2nd this, GLGC is in good nick, played it last week. This week's rain will hurt gold Creek. Yass is very forgettable, it's worth an extra 30 mins of your time to come into Canberra
Happiness is a long walk with a putter.
