I get most are supervised. However last night whilst putting the rubbish out I was approached by 2 kids under the age of 10 trick or treating by themselves. I had nothing for them but in hindsight I wish I gave them a trick and handed them the bag of dirty nappies. It is trick or treating right? Otherwise it would just be treating.

    That’s just bad parenting.

My view on it is a little biased as about 98% of the houses on my surrounding streets participated in it back home.

The trick was usually reserved for those that didn’t participate.

I went to a neighbouring suburb last night, and trick or treat is big over there. (Possibly because of lolly shop in the small strip of shops, or it is close to a primary school).

Knucklehead parents are accompanying their kids by slowly cruising or a double-parking SUVs on the sides of a secondary road.
Knucklehead kids are crossng the road in front of the SUVs.
I was expecting to see a Darwin award.

I can't wait until this and ostentacious Xmas light displays are banned.

We only had one group of kids visit our place, and the only thing the ****ing little ****s did was grab 2 handfuls of our stones from the front yard and throw them all over the road. We hadn't even had the chance to tell them to **** off yet!

No wonder we don't participate in this bullshit.

Given I live in prime Liberal party heartland on the North Shore I was tempted to try a bit of trickle-down economics on the kids in my street. Give the whole bowl of lollies to the first kid and just assume it filters down to the whole neighborhood.
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!

It is my favourite day of the year tomorrow.

The only day you can properly whinge about Halloween is 31 October.

I'll actually be playing golf tomorrow, so I expect to return home just as the action is about to start. If I have a bad day on the course, that may affect my reactions.

Is it actually against the law to aim my vehicle at a witch? How do I know whether it is a real witch or just someone playing dressup? If I run one over, will it work, or do you have to drive (with a driver I suppose) a wooden stake through the heart?

I might discuss this matter with my golfing partners and see what they say.

To avoid dealing with your insurance company again, use a stolen car to run down the witches.

Time to dig out the wet cement sign.

I'm hoping barely anyone turns up. I then plan to put on several KG's over the next few days!

Made up 20 lolly packs and got jacked by a goon on a bike. Took the lot.
