Leon Cameron had one game plan, which was bomb it into the forward line rather than play with any great structure. If it didn't work, then it was rely on natural talent, which was ok when he had Cameron and Greene up forward, and a midfield full of stars.

The Kingsley coached Giants are far more structured and disciplined than any time in the last 5 years, and look to be a far better side despite losing a ton of experience this year.

A bit of a dearth of quality at the moment, I was mad keen on Blake Caracella prior, but he's tainted by Essendon and their absolute mediocrity now, so too Giansiracusa, so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Is it finally time for Adem Yze to get his shot? I'd love to be in Josh Carr's ear. To a lesser extent Ash Hansen or Steven King seeing as they've been at the club and know the deal, and one out of left field that I could see working with our mob is Hayden Skipworth...

I'm not keen on any of the previous head coaches that have been sacked, all lacked something required to "get it done".

P.S. I've obviously got a soft spot for Cameron as an ex-dog, but he's tainted with Orange scum and has less of a game plan / style than Bevo, no ****ing thank you MT.

Has Cameron been involved in a premiership in any role?

He's an absolute curse. Lost three prelims as a player, lost 4 prelims as an assistant, lost a grand final as an assistant, lost a prelim as a senior coach, lost a grand final as a senior coach.

Some might say it's a good record to even make it to that many finals... I'll bet Essendon would take that list right now.

Hard to believe only 3 Collingwood players made the Australian team. Should have been at least 20

    This made me chuckle.

I still think it's Colliwoods to loose.
Port to go out in straight sets which will fire up the vocal feral fan base on Stinkleys contract extension.
If Brisbane win twice at home they will crap the bed at the G in the big one.
Carlton are dark horse as they have the list if they can fire on the day or have they played their finals already just getting there.

How Toby Bedford could get suspended for a block that didn't cause any impact and was debatable if it was even high contact, where McCartin breaks a blokes cheek and gets away with it.... MRP lotto is ridiculous.

Lol, you spelt high hit off the ball wrong.

With McCartins at least he didn't go past the ball, the ball changed direction, McCartin turned to chase the ball and braced for impact from the oncoming player. Wasn't a lot he could do in the circumstances.

If you're citing anyone here to try and help get off it should be Dane Rampes hit on McNeil earlier this year.

Bedford didn't go past the ball, he had possession 55 out and handpassed to Himmelburg who was running by for the shot

He then blocked the run of the chasing defender, a pretty standard process for the last 150 years of the game

Feet on ground, opponent not concussed, and Fisher even admitted he wasn't hit high.

Just put tags on their hips and be done with it.

The irony of the whole McCartin one is the guys jaw he broke got 3 games early in the year for a front on bump that was not high and did not injure the opponent. MRP didn't like it because he left the ground and it was a hard hit. This was the same game as the Goal/point not reviewed debacle. Double insult whammy for the Cows.
