    I am visiting Melbourne for couple weeks. Would there be anyone from The National be kind enough to take me for a game?

    We have a couple of National members on here, jonti and Bruce. Maybe reach out to them and see what their availabilities are.

    Do yourself a favour and avoid the Old course while you're there.

    Do us all a favour and lob grenades at it while you're there. Though it really feels like somebody already has, and built a "golf course" on top of it.

    I can't name a good 2 hole stretch on that ****ing abomination, let alone "best" and "4 hole".

    I know we're all built differently, and everyone's entitled to their opinion, but how does anyone who rates Nash Old as a good course have enough brain cells to tie their own shoelaces in the morning?

    16 (par 3) and 17 (par 5) on Old are pretty good imho!

    I can see why people hate Old but I’ve played maybe 20 times and I enjoy it more every time I go there

    Me too but it's not a course for people who spray their shots and have trouble on greens with lots of undulations.

    I don't spray my shots or have trouble on undulating greens, and I still think it's the second worst golf course I've ever played.
