    Default Xmas Mug 2022 - 18th Dec @ 8.30am (10-club challenge)

As we’ve not had many catch-ups through 2022 lets make sure the Xmas Mug event takes place (must admit I’ve not touched a golf club since the 2021 event!)

Seems the preferred date is 18/12/22 so that's what we are running with.

    Ins:-

    TC
    Marcel
    Nadg63
    Hard_Pan
    DMG
    Wazamac

    hippo10
    Hatchman

As per TC's suggestion and for something different lets go with a 10-club max in the bag!

Okay, let’s put it out there for either 11/12 or 18/12!?

Can't do 11th (cricket test), highly probable for 18th

Sure, I don't take a full bag anyway, sure last year I only took even numbered irons.

    Pick a number ....... !?

There are a couple of drive-able par 4s too which we usually play.

    Bring a driver and/or 3wood then go 4/6/8/w or 5/7/9/w.

Way more fun on a Par 3 course

I have never played this event with more than 8 clubs

As much as I'd like to firmly commit as it's my favorite S.A OzGolf event I'm pencil for this at this stage. Too many unknowns for me to plan anything.

We normally have a lunch after the event - The Gumeracha Hotel ribs are something to behold!

I can make the booking for 12 noon - let me know if you're keen

Inter-staters invited? I'd love to, but I don't think I'll be done that weekend. Unless I make a special trip...

No, I think hatchy has it? I knew I was moving, so left it down there. Same with the red jacket (although I'll definitely make a special trip to defend that!).
