    Default Home 3D printing

Looking to get started in home 3D printing.

Have a bit of an idea of a path forward (know someone looking to offload a Crealty Ender 3). I am proficient at 3D modelling, know a bit about G code, so I think I am a little ahead of the curve.

Are there people out there in Ozgolf land that do a bit of 3D printing to discuss? Someone who has an Ender 3 would be a big bonus.

    Cheers,
    Ben

Awesome...off topic but close. Should be fairly simple for a smart bloke to use 3D modelling to take a video/photo of a golf club iron head and output lie and loft angles?

My son has an Ender 3 V2. I can pass on any questions you might have.

I partake in a little bit of 3D printing. Currently have a Flashforge Adventure 3 v2 pro and a Creality ender 5 plus.

If you get a used machine, ensure you ask the seller for all their previous settings.

My best mates son is right into this.
No idea of what 3D Printer he’s got.
All I know is he totally remade all the junction tubes on their Farm Air Seeder at a fraction of the price to buy replacement parts as well as improving the design from the original parts. They don’t break anywhere near as many now.

The person I know isn't going to move their printer so will probably buy a new one. Will still go some variety of Ender 3 I think (likely an S1/S1 Pro). Being that I am me though, whatever I get will need to be upgradable...

Yeah, I'm starting to see that.

I think the S1 Pro, and maybe a glass bed is in my future...
