    Default Gold Coast

    Hi Everyone,

I'm going to be visiting the Gold Coast with the family next week. I'll be staying in Burleigh Heads and will not have the use of a car.

What are my nearby golfing options? Is it worth bringing over my sticks for a round of golf and a visit to Top Golf with the family?

I'm trying to decide if I should get a round in while I'm away, or just travel lightly.

    Any advice is appreciated.

I brought my rain jacket at least. I hope we get decent weather though.

The radar indicates the rain will be north of Kooralbyn. But gee, is gonna be a par 80 today.

Very enjoyable track. Loved the layout.

A very strong set of par 3s.

Would love to play it a few more times now that I know some lines and in drier conditions.

Thanks to Blakey for driving and Andy P and 3PP for joining.

    Was a great day.

There was a new rule set yesterday. If anyone does not make the ladies tees and still make a par, they dont have to buy the jug. Andy and Pete nailed this one on the same hole. Freaky.

he was the only one that had to buy a jug.

The WAnker forgot his golf shoes, it was like watching Scottie Scheffler doing Fred Astaire

Typical right. When presented with facts, they claim fake news.

I haven't done that for a while, but probably 11/14, and the above wasn't one of them.

Pete called it, not me. I think he was just trying to distract the attention away from himself doing it about 11/14 holes
