If you work on your putting you could get there

Why are you asking me, do I look like a run the tour or any of the majors? This is just what is being widely reported.

Well duhhhhh. I think we all already knew that.

The CEO of the USGA said this week that it was too late (and not fair) to declare players ineligible that were already exempt but that could change in the future.

    https://www.golfdigest.com/story/mik...-liv-golf-usga

“Could you envision a day where it would be harder for some folks doing different things to get into a U.S. Open? I could,” Whan said. “Will that be true? I don’t know, but I can definitely foresee that day.”

The USGA have the discretion to decide who plays just like Augusta National, PGA of America and the R&A.

Yeah i saw that interview, and the vibe I got despite his comment about the future was at least "not on my watch". The USGA bossman seems to be very pragmatic about this.

If true, the internationals could have a decent chance of winning the Presidents Cup this year.

Ok fair enough. Yeah been a lot of speculation on it in the media and otherwise. I dunno I could see it go either way, but currently governing bodies are most likely taking their time assessing what they will do. Either way it's interesting times ahead.

From what I saw the LIV tour event really hasn't differentiated itself enough from a regular tour event. I guess I was expecting more of a T20 vs 1 Dayer sort of difference.

As it is the team thing doesn't make sense and the only real difference is the paychecks.

Current Ladies European Tour event is sponsored by the Saudis and nobody seems to care. Interesting.

Same with the Saudi International which is an Asian Tour so is eligible for an exemption.

These tours lack the required audience to virtue signal to.

It’s starting to look that way or doing the PGA Tour’s bidding.

    And his mate DJ too.

Given the injuries he's had (and maybe still does) it makes sense plus he's already won 4 majors so nothing to prove.

Some in the press are giving it to him.

Its a bit like that job we had and keep asking for a pay rise and the boss says no way until you find something better.

    Too little too late IMO.

If one reads Koepkas past comments carefully without any bias ( as those in the media cannot seem to do) he isnt really showing hypocrisy. He regularily shows little interest in stupid questions he gets asked, and just flips them off. Did he ever say he wouldnt ever sign up? Nope.

By the way, Conor Moore released his latest video about Brookes joining LIV on IG overnight ( not on YT yet) Given how much work must go into this, this sign on must not have been much of a secret.

    Hope so.

I like how you have shown your colours Luke. Who would have thought, a lawyer without ethics.

My pearls can only be clutched for so long. Monaghan talking 9/11 at an RBC sponsored event, when RBC ran Aramco’s IPO, was a particular highlight.
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!
