    Default Apple Watch Apps

Hey, anyone have a view on what is the best golf App for Apple Watch, or ones to avoid.

I am looking for something for distance to green mainly, with potentially scoring, club input features. Not looking for a swing analyser (I know it is shite, ha ha).

My web surfing says V1 is the go, but would like to hear first hand experiences.

MiScore (if your club has the scoring app)
    Forum needs more banter.

V1 Game - Free version is perfect for distances but you can upgrade to as much data as you want.
    Golfshot free version is shit.
alot of the others are clunky and trying to do too much.
MiScore only gives you middle of green though i think??
Taylormade have a good one but when i tried it i couldn't get it to move from Yards to Metres.

So far tried the V1. The display on the iPhone was excellent. Really easy to see distance to hazards. The watch display of distance to green was simple.

However the watch kept beeping after each swing and asking me to enter clubs. I didn’t use it for scoring which meant it got a bit confused what hole I was playing.

I am going to look into the setup more before my next round. It did give me some distances for tee shots with different clubs which actually could be a nice feature.

I can’t get miscore to work. It keeps telling me to start a round on the phone. Well, duh!

You must start and score the first hole on phone before it will start on the watch

    with V1 Jocker -
in the menu you can switch off/on everything. i just have distances on my watch now. it doesn't buzz/vibrate/ping/bing/fuzz or anything. Just F/M/B distances. i can put the score in on the phone or the watch if i want and go to next hole. the mapping is excellent if you want to look at a layout on your phone.

I start it on the phone, and put a 1 in the score but leave it on the hole and the watch starts, at the end of the first hole change the score
