    Default TrueGolfFit by MyGolfSpy

    Hey Trendsetters/followers (pick one)
MyGolfSpy is promoting their online club fitting, enter some parameters and they recommend the best driver for you.
    https://truegolffit.com

Did mine and sceptical of the result, the driver they recommended is the hottest one on the market right now, based on advertising budget. Interested to see what others get in comparison.

I got a Tour Edge Pro 721 with a tensei AV raw blue 65s.

    286y, 11deg launch.

I play a sim2 with a ventus 6x, so a bit of a difference. Distance is probably around that if you count roll out... but I launch higher than that.

Mine came up as a PXG 0811 Gen 4 with a Diamana S+ 70 Stiff. Option 2 was the same as BYU's, but with the Orange version of the Tensei.

I got fitted for a Ltdx LS with tensei white av raw 65x.

I entered 8 HCP, medium fast speed (105-115), positive AoA and quick tempo.

Considering I'm gaming a G410 LST with a 6X shaft the recommendation seems about right to me.

I put in 9 handicap, medium speed, down AoA and quick tempo.

8 hcp, 92mph, level angle, medium tempo. I'm guess the last two.
Srixon ZX7, Project X Hzrdus Smoke Black 60 5.5 Reg.
    233y, 13° launch, 2542 spin, 133 ball speed.

Is this a carry distance? If not, it is less than what I hit now. If it is carry, it isn't much more, so maybe I've entered something wrong.

4 hcp, 105mph, level angle, medium tempo. Guessed the angle of attack

Rogue ST Triple Diamond LS with Tensei AV Blue Stiff. Actually the driver I would love to try but know I can't afford!

286 yeard, 9 deg launch, 2168 Spin 156 ball speed.

Currently playing Rogue 9.5 with Stiff Evenflow shaft and get 12-13 launch, 2600-2700 spin and 155ball speed so numbers don't seem unreasonable

I’m gonna guess in 5 minutes I could find a thousand articles in mgs saying the only way to really know is to be fit in person and they 100% guarantee this gives you a better driver.

Well played Blakey. You’ve just got half a dozen blokes to give my golf spy their email address.

Given the amount of times you talk them up on here you should hit em up for free stuff.

I reckon big data and AI is the way fitting is going and MGS love their data. Wont be long before Trackman will be giving product recommendations too as every swing is in their database. They are already heading down that way with the Tracy AI.

the one man shop fitters still have their place, needed to fix the shoddy manufacturing by the OEMs

Definitely be very wary of anyone from the ATO pretending to be from the ATO.

FWIW, I got recommended the Titleist TSi2 with Tensei White Raw 65 stiff for +10 yards distance and +10% accuracy (cough*bullshit*cough)
Second option was the Callaway Rogue ST MAX LS with the same shaft as above, but with only half the gains.

What about people on the ATO payroll pretending to be ATO staff?

I tried it a while back (when it cost money) and was actually recommended what I was playing.

Alas, a proper fit shortly after showed that what I was playing wasn’t ideal.

It’s like the True Temper shaft fit that always recommended Hzrdus Red despite me hating Hzrdus Red.

    I was recommended a PXG 0811 X Gen4 with Smoke Black RDX 70S. Claims I'll gain 20y and 1% accuracy.
    Option 2 was a PXG 0811 XT Gen4.

6 Handicap. Medium/Fast, Up Angle of Attack, Medium/Fast Tempo.

I game a Radspeed with Graphite Design AD VR 7X.
