I bought these about six months ago because I loved the look.
I had them reshafted with matt black Modus 105 S shafts so they looked even cooler.
I had a purple patch with them when I shot my first ever par round.
But after some recent swing issues I've gone back to my old PXGs.
The set is 7-PW Copper Forged Tec and GW Copper MIM Tour. Standard length loft and lie. Shafts are matt black Nippon Modus 105S. Grips are Golfpride Z Align mid size. Shafts and grips were a $600 upgrade.
The copper finish looks great, but is designed to wear. So there are some minor marks, but that aside they are mint. The shafts also wear more than expected, and there are a couple of small bag wear marks.
I use hybrids for long irons, and can include a pair of Mizuno Fli-Hi 5 & 6 hybrids with the same black Modus 105 shafts. The Fli-His are designed to have shorter shafts and be a direct long iron replacement.
I can take proper pics, but here's a sample.
$750 for the irons, $900 with the hybrids.
