Headcover - where’s the tail?
Any idea why equipment companies stopped making headcovers with a tail to protect from shaft rub? Economics? Gotta say that if I am going to spend $800 on a driver - the least the OEM could do is provide a full length headcover.

Good question... my shafts are all 8-10 years old so the wear marks are significant. Fairly sure its only the paint though

They still exist I believe played with a +3 golfer who had them on both his woods

Most likely economics, I saw some comments on GOLFWRX about Titleist not providing wrenches with the TSI series of drivers.
