Default DG AMT and Modus 3 120 feedback

Just looking for some feedback opinions on these shafts.

I have been playing KBS Tour in Stiff for what seems like for ever and was curious about these shafts. I don't hit the ball high, Topgolf range says normal shots are around 20-25m peak from memory.

I have played DG S300 before and found them a bit heavy which is why the AMT shafts interest me, I would say I hit the Std DG's a similar height to the KBS.

The Modus 3 120 are also of interest as some research suggests they might fly a little higher and come in slightly lighter than the KBS Tours.

AMT shafts are just lighter - S300, and a bit softer. if that is what you are after,

Modus 120 have been my pick for a while as i find the dispersion quite tight... and the miss for me is a pull. They are a much stouter shaft though... MUCH stronger. Have even played a softstep of modus 120 with good effect.

I tried both and liked both in a fitting 18 months ago. Setted on the Modus 120 and haven't looked back - I now own 3 sets of irons with Modus 120s in them.

I’ve been using Modus 120x for a few years and they are great.

I’ve got a set on order with PX LZ as they gave me a lot more height and spin than I was getting with the Modus.

When I bought my Mizuno MP18sc's I went for a Mizuno fitting day with their fitter using their test iron gizmo (my results 82/4264). In every previous Ping fitting I had done for the previous 15-20 years they have put me in to KBS Tour120s, however at that last Mizuno day the Modus 120s in stiff came out the winner and I have been playing them for the past 2 years. Withe the Pings I have played (S55/S56/I25's) I always found KBS too spinny into the wind.

Recently I tampered with a set of New Level 902's with AMT S300s shafts. I really liked the New Levels and enjoyed the AMT's in the short irons but when you get to 6/5 and 4 especially I hated the lightness and feeling of whippiness of the longer irons.

So - for me...I think I am a constant weight shaft type of person. I really like the Modus 120's and interesting (like Virge) if I got after them I can go a bit left. I do hit these Modus's shafts higher than most I have played before but they are not as impacted so much with wind....hope that helps...Stu

How would the Steelfibre i110cw compare to Modus 120 and KBS Tour 120?
