    Default Golf Pride Z Grip

Anyone using these grips? Thinking of changing to them. 10-15 year old GP tour wrap cords and tour velvet cords don't seem to age very well in the garage.

Crikey... they are like 28bux each at Drummonds. I'm gonna have to adjust to the 10 year golf inflation in 1 hit so to speak.

I've recently put them on my driver, fairway & hybrid as a test. I'm really liking them and want to fit them to the rest of the set (irons & wedges), but the price is also holding me back.

Is this the grip which is stock on Sim1 Metals?

If so, I also like it, but Tour Velvet is tough to beat as an allrounder

I have them on my Mizuno MP-20SEL set, I purchased some leather grips as a replacement but decided to keep the Z chords as I really like the feel of them.

Most of the top brands are producing nice grips at the moment, the Lamkin grip that now comes standard on the Taylor Made clubs is really good

I put one on a vokey SW. 0.6 grip on a 0.58 TTDG shaft with 1 tape. Felt small and weird balance from the original tour velvet. Got the installer to do 3 tapes instead of 1 based on the official calculation. Feels a bit better but still different overall. Will see if I can get use to it or otherwise will put back a 0.58 tour velvet full cord with 1 tape.
