Tour 510 TP

Hi ozgolfers. Haven’t been on here for a few years but looking to get back into it. Still have my old clubs but missing a driver as my son “borrowed” my 9.5* 510 TP tour with Fuji Speeder 661. Would love to get hold of another, preferably in good nick. Anyone have one in the back of the cupboard they want to get rid of?

I’m also looking for any ozgolfer in the north Brisbane or sunny coast area who is handy at club making. Want to adjust some lies on an old set of 300 forged and maybe change shafts. Suggestions appreciated. Cheers.

welcome back! fairly sure I remember you, we might have played together a couple times or more.

I know who has one, he bought it new (off my pro mate through me) when it was a current model, might have used it 5x at the most and doesnt play golf at all. We could be making him an offer?. I think he wont care to sell it though, because if he plays golf one more time in the rest of his life he then wont have a driver . Location is Gatton. Perhaps you could offer him something as a straight swap, would need to be Stiff or X.

I had a few of these in the early days to, absolute bombers, felt and sounded great
Mainly 9.5 but i did have a Tour 10.5 which was really rare

I don't have anything to trade but certainly interested if he wants to sell. Can't remember who I purchased the one I had from. More than likely it was from here.

he said $150, he cant post because he is hopeless and low care factor but you are in luck for timing. my kid is visiting them this weekend, and next weekend i am playing Caloundra the next weekend so thats probably very workable to get it to you easily (assuming you are not in Hervey bay anymore). if interested I will get some pictures for you.

Definitely interested Mark. I am still in Hervey Bay but on the sunny coast next week and will be heading to Brissy for a few visits with my daughter. Can even drop off to her in Brisbane if needed. Coffee shop near RBWH. Pics would be awesome.

I have nothing but good memories of the one I had. I loaned it to my son thinking I would get it back one day. Lo and behold he moves to the USA and god knows when we will see each other again (the TP I mean).

Yeah I've got one. A 510 tp in 9.5. Only difference is it has a Speeder 757 stiff in it and not the one you mentioned. $100 would be plenty for it but sending it could be a problem. I live in Vic. and usually send stuff by Aust post and they won't accept anything longer than 105cm.

Ironically I already have an R510tp and my son also took mine. He hits it a mile and loves it, and has no intention of returning it.

it wasnt new when it was passed on from me to my brother, but its still fairly decent.

Thanks Mark. I remember that one now. That was one sweet driver and I had that one in the bag for quite awhile.

8.5 is probably a little low for me. The old swing speed ain't what it used to be.
