It would be nice if eBay disclosed that an item will be sent using Sendle, maybe their contract with them allows that to be hidden.

Sendle is rubbish. Will take 2 weeks to you Dazza.

After reading reviews, I would have bought elsewhere.

On the plus side, I did get a great deal.

But it won't be great if the bastards never turn up!

As I understand it, it is mostly up to the eBay seller as to which Courier they use. I just purchased a new Samsung Tablet that came from Melbourne via Sendle. No issue and was a quick delivery. So they do get it right some of the time.

Sendle is not a courier. In australia its either being delivered by Auspost/startrack, Couriers Please, Aramax(fastway) or Fedex(TNT) .. thats ranked by approximate lowest to highest rate.

Sendle's service is rubbish. Who cares if they are a courier or not? Obviously the couriers put the sendle freight to the bottom of the pile. I have had numerous deliveries from them and each one has been a cluster ****

Good luck with that - you'll need it ...

I really wish that Ebay would force sellers to disclose which courier they are going to use.

It matters, they are a broker, just like many others, they never touched your parcel nor had any part of moving it. Logistics is a very high volume industry, there is no way any courier would de-priotorise sendle generated shipments, to do so would create more work, the logistics workers really dont know and dont care who paid for it, they dont have time. No different to using an online travel booking service for a hotel, If you got a crap experience you blame the hotel not the travel agent.

Parcel was due yesterday, but I have to wait two weeks until they will investigate?

Delivery was expected on Wednesday 21 September

Looks like this delivery is taking longer than we expected.

If it hasn't arrived by Thursday 6 October, please contact us so we can investigate.

I’ve got the exact same message on something I’m waiting for. Hoping it’s just for the the public holiday.

I also tried to work out whether a public holiday today would have somehow prevented delivery yesterday, and then why it would take another two weeks to even start looking - came up blank with any logical explanations though ….

I had a driver delivered to me this morning despite the holiday. Impressed.

Can someone from Sydney explain this Australia Post sequencing for me? Chullora to Strathfield to Granville and now evidently back to Strathfield?

Gotta give a thumbs up to DHL. Everytime i ring them they answer the phone within seconds, and their customs clearance staff give a direct number in their emails, and all are locals, and they take ownership.of issues, and cakl back when promised. Yet Fedex, yesterday was in the queue for 90 mins and got hung up on, staff dont give direct numbers, and despite customs being specialised, am pretty sure they are all offshore. Fedex drivers are awesome though ( just in case he is reading. 😀

Also a decent saving by booking through Interparcel, for a Couriers Please delivery (from Sydney to Brisbane).

Both Aramex and Couriers Please through Transdirect allow that, I’ve done it multiple times.

If I have a few boxes to send that are just over 105cm, am I better off going to an LPO than the Auspost shop that is closest to me?
One is in a box that was sent to me a few weeks ago via Auspost, and I have shortened to 106cm, the other will be about 110cm

    Interparcel.
go with them and just choose STARTRAK from the list of quotes. Size is not an issue with them

Have been doing this for years now.. and it works well

COURIERS PLEASE ! be lucky to get it there in a week.

(Well it does in my area.. they truly suck!)
