Nice second effort, so much improvement!
If you're getting two balls trapped, cup's too deep. Misses, should be hard enough to boomerang around the back of the target and come back to you. If they go around the back and get caught, too deep.
Camera angle is spot on now!
Mat's really good too.
Boom is level, or with a ever so slight RH break - that really ticks my boxes!
I'm loving your through swing BTW.
Every time your real stroke looks like your practice stroke - you do well. When it doesn't, it looks like it's attacking from outside. When that happens, you're only going to trasnfer a percentage of the force from putter to ball. And then it becomes a guessing game. It's that guessing game that's exposing your distance control weakness. When lag putts, which should attack the front of the hole (and when they get into that six inch zone you should be pleased, not disappointed), smash into the back, it should ring a few alarm bells.
The good news is, I've seen enough to move you up a level. Welcome to the MM. Clips are coming your way now.
Just one more thing, always put the ball in the middle of your mat - you can see from back here what happens when you don't.
Good job!

Cheers PG, yeah noticed the RH hand break when I viewed it. Will throw something under the leg.
The outside attack is yucky!
Not. One. 3. Putt.
Low hands force the putter outside, mostly.
How can I tell your Bettinardi is slightly toe up? The top edge and the bottom edge is useless, beautiful, but useless for this... Look at your vertical lines though, the ones on the neck of the putter. At address for your practice stroke, they're pretty good (compared to the door jam in the background). Only, because you slide your putter in behind the ball (a la Lee Westwood), but keep the same set up, you throw everything out of plumb (again, compared to the door frame). Taken to the extreme, the further you slide that putter away from you, the more the toe will come up, and the more bias you will impart to the ball. Alternatively, you could shuffle in, after your practice stroke and as you slide the putter or, better still, remove the practice stroke completely. Not on the course, just on the Boom of course. You'll get more putts in that way too, and learn more from each one, once you get that perfect neutral set up.
Does an inch or so really make that much of a difference in your hand postiion? Yup.

Did some practice tonight (with video but deleted after watching). Best result was 3 C in a row but each time took a couple to release. I had 2 or 3 times where I got a C&R with a C straight after but unable to get the release straight away.
One thing I have been concentrating on and think I have success is the putter position with the sole being parallel to the ground on the take away and through the ball.
I will video for publishing next time I practice.

Putting stats for my most recent game:
2 putts per GIR. 1.7 putts average.
Mmm...sub 30. that would be a nice place to be average wise.

I made a mistake.
1.67 GIR
1.72 Total
31 putts.
So, here's the go. I used the putter that Alex loves so much. I used my regular grip and whilst not using full boom tech, I used the fundamentals of it. I love getting myself up 'around' the putter.
Thanks Alex.
Total feet? Not a huge amount. I'm not good at counting that stat. I think the longest was a 12 foot double break birdie. Simmsy went to school on it and sank his too.
Oh, there was a 12 foot sand save as well, late in the round.
What was the total ft of simmsy's thrown crubs...?
My aim is for sub 30 putts but would settle for 32-33 at the moment.
The thing I have not been able to get is the club head following along with the ball. It starts off behind and catches up as the ball gets nearer the hole. When I try to have it at the same speed as the ball I either strike the ball too hard or way too soft, but I am finding that a flat putter and smooth straight takeaway is helping with accuracy and speed.

It means setup.
Lay the putter flat and work from there.

I forgot to do last weeks stats but the last 5 rounds stats and The Vines round paints the pic of where I was at.
