    Default Honma irons history

Hi all just wondering if someeone can enlighten me on the history of the honma iron models. I cant seem to find ANY info anywhere.I've even contacted Honma and they said that they cant help as that info is too old..
The reason being is that i've started collecting Honma clubs and very curious how many different models there are and when they were produced but when you do the research there are HEAPS.

At the moment i have models in the CL-078, PG-404, DC-900 and DC-4 ranges..
So i'm hoping theres a Honma boffin out there
    Cheers

Reach out via Twitter to John Parry Evans in NZ, John is an Australian pro who had his own line of clubs, however he knows Honma very well

That's real pity that Honma don't even have a record of their own history of evolution they can share.
Is this one of the many Brand names that have change ownership numerous times?
Finding time line history and photos of models is quite difficult for Cobra and Maxfli just for examples.

Honma irons were originally designed by Emperor Nasi Goreng to keep the rabbits out of China.
