    Default Which 3 wood?

Just got rid of my 2017 TM M1 3 wood which was probably the best 3 wood I've ever had but was getting a bit long in the tooth for a Cobra F9 3 wood which was good but not as good. Got a good deal on a TM M6 recently but after a range session and some time on the course I suspect it might not stay in the bag as I'm hitting it too low and miss the adjustability of the M1. Anyway I'm looking at a TM M5 3 wood or an Epic Flash Sub Zero so far, not interested in the latest stuff as I'm too much of a tightarse these days. Whats everyone's recommendations?

M5 would likley launch lower than M6?

i have the M4, but in 16.5. High launch, low spin and it flies as far as my previous M2 3 wood in 15 degree.
    In the bag

    Taylormade Stealth 2 9.0 - AD DI 7X, Taylormade Sim 5 wood - AD DI 8X, P790 2/5-GW S300 AMT, Taylormade Hi Toe 53/14, 57/14, 60/10, Taylormade Spider, Taylormade 2018 staff bag

Tried most of them, and currently have the Mizuno ST190 TS in the bag. Can get them fairly cheaply now as the new version is out.

Yes I had one too and it was a flip of a coin between that and the F9, nice club and the Atmos TS shaft works for me too.

Gee. I thought i was the only 3w tragic.

In my first set of clubs, my PGF Status MkV 3W was my favourite club. never been able to hit a 3W since.

Gaz. You might wanna try an Powerbilt Air Force One 3W.

Is the answer to find another M1 3 wood?

The stock shaft for the Sim TI matches pretty good with the head. Could be a touch stiffer at the tip tho

And it lasted about a week before finding a home in the Bag of Perci. Epic Flash SZ from Rick3003 replaced it and its point and shoot, I swapped the weights around in the sole (Perci advice) and it made a huge difference.
