Some lunch then a drive to the next course. This wasn’t in the original plan but with enough daylight hours left in the day it was a worthy inclusion.

Medium size bent grass greens with some variation in slope and shape.
Tee to green close mown Kikuyu fairways that give some run and that is not as hard a walk on the legs like Merbien.

I've played this course once before and my opinion of liking it a lot has not changed.

Been a while, but reminds me so much of Waikerie

It looks too narrow for Waikerie.
Mind you, the trees will have grown a lot over the last 20 years.

That's what I was thinking too (a tad narrow and trees on a par 3, but they were tiny when I last played it), some of those green shapes look very familiar to me

Overdue for a visit to Waiks, might bolt it onto a Loxton Open trip this year
