    Default G'Day... Again

Figured out how to log in again!

I joined a few years back, loved being apart of the community here. Unfortunately work commitments had kept me away from the sport for quite a while, however with all of this kung-flu going around, I've had the time to turn the living room into a putting green and would love to get back into the (swing) of things.

Originally from country vic, I was a member in Euroa for years as a junior. Got close to single figures, maybe, probably not. 11 was the lowest I saw my handicap get, I think. I recently moved to Cairns and have been trying to get consistent range sessions under my belt. Not a member, but trying to play some social golf with my imaginary friends. lol

If I remember there is a section for 'Whats In The Bag', but most of my gear is 10 years old+, if anyone froths over old worn out vokey wedges and fairway woods with sky marks on them then I've got you covered.

    Cheers again guys!

Welcome, #9. Your clubs sound newer than most of mine.

    Welcome back!

There's a few of us in & around the Cairns area (mostly at Cairns GC). Look us up when restrictions relax a bit more.

    Welcome No.9.

Golf is, in part, a game; but only in part. It is also in part a religion, a fever, a vice, a mirage, a frenzy, a fear, an abscess, a joy, a thrill, a pest, a disease, an uplift, a brooding, a melancholy, a dream of yesterday and a hope for tomorrow. - New York Tribune, 1916.

    Hey mate,

I will look for you guys when things start to return to normal.
Looking at joining Cairns GC, need to get a few rounds in to get my handicap back too.
