I can see clearly now the rain has gone
You do know I'm already part of the North Haven familiar @Nadg.
Who do you think has the job of putting the Horses heads in beds?
I thought only Grange GC had a legitimate mafia in S.A?
Went past Glenelg today. Pairs out on course but Main Gates shut.
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
I will be wandering over to Strathalbyn to have a round on Good Friday. Others are welcome to join me.
As I'm on arvo shift this week and wont get home until 1-2am Friday morning I'm planning to get there between 10-10:30am.
According to club website Green Fees are $15 and assume honesty box system.
Being Good Friday and COVID restrictions it's possible nothing may be open in the town so if your tagging along bring own drinks and eats.

Interested but also not want to make a crowd. Have fun

I have a leave pass for Strath tomorrow Hatch. I'll see you there at 10:00am-ish.
Excellent, see you there.
Thought there might be a few out but holly crap there was a lot.
Plenty doing the right thing and a few not.
Thanks HP for making the trip and making it a good day. It would have been a slow day on my own as someone up front was as slow as all **** as we waited on nearly every shot every hole.
I give the course a thumbs up. Great variety of holes mixing up draw or fade line preferred with straight ones in the mix also.
Full irrigation of fairways has only been in 12months and couch fairways 2yrs ago. Once they get more complete coverage they will be fantastic.
Greens are the course leaf salt tolerant type but play true enough it’s not an issue.
As for my game. Bit rusty and wayward early on due to chasing it from the top. Come the back nine I found the zone and tore it up.
Don’t tell Mr Bluu I used the Jetspeed with the heavy Axivcore Tour Black and holly snapping duck sh!t Batman did it get some bombs out there. Will add more detail in the what you shoot thread.

Thanks Hatch for the invite. I agree with your summary of the course. As for how we fared. I had my chances but just couldn't sink putts. My highlight was hitting the pin from 210m out on the par5 3rd, leaving me with a 5 foot putt for eagle (which I did not sink). As Hatch says, he surely found his straps near the end. Really nice eagle on the par 5 16th after sticking it to four feet from around 180m out with a persimmon 4 wood. And his drive on the last literally blew me away!
