Due to the world descending into madness and the constant changing of what is allowed re: social gatherings and Golf there wont be a scheduled S.A round planned for April.
Depending on restrictions I may post some something at very short notice for either Easter Friday or Monday as I have tentative plans for myself and will open invites for others to join at very short notice.
In the mean time stay safe until things can get back to some sort of normality.
fingers crossed for our May country trip; looking unlikely but you never know
I will be unavailable for April, time to start working on some serious house projects
Yeah, I'd say this is unlikely. North Adelaide has just announced it's closing as of tomorrow.
Appreciate the post Hatch... unlikely for me, but will keep an eye on it.
Although official comps have been suspended, NH will remain open until they're explicitly told to shut down.
They've got a 'social' round happening tomorrow with two balls hitting off a 15 minute intervals.
They've told everyone not to show up at the course until just before they're due to hit off to avoid congregations near the pro-shop.
They will probably do the same on Saturday. I'm in two minds whether I'll take part at this stage. Will see what happens between now and Friday night.
Reckoning the next round could be a while
I doubt we will return to any golf course throughout winter.
North Adelaide and Kooey appear to be the only Golf Courses to have shut down in SA at this stage.

Interesting that they are staying open. May go for a solo round if that stays the same.
Golf is off limits, then it's not, then it is- now I've no idea what the current status is!?
You and Flavzz can still go. Don't share a cart and stay the required distance apart.
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
I've put my name down for Saturday's 'Social Round'.
Perhaps the rain will wash the virus away?
TC, what's TTG doing? Still open but down to 2 per group? Still running comps, or social only?
BYU: still open mate, 5 minute 2 ball groups
Comp is on, only stab or par, Mark your own scorecard plus they have released an online scorecard for your phone.
Haven’t tried it yet.

Ok. Sounds like it's still just kooyonga and north adelaide closed?
North Haven still open with a social round this morning. I didn't partake but think HP is out there. Will be keen to see how it went. They are also following the strict rules others have mentioned.
This just posted on TTG website;
South Australian Government
The Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing confirmed to golf clubs in South Australia on 2nd April the following: At this point in time in South Australia golf courses do not need to close. The social distancing requirements in South Australia have not changed. Groups of 10 are still allowed as long as the 1.5m social distancing restriction is adhered to.
Please monitor https://www.sa.gov.au/covid-19 for the most up to date information on COVID-19 as it applies to South Australia.
Well, there were 30 odd members who braved the elements this morning at NH. All were 2 balls spaced 7 minutes apart. Each were playing their own little comp. I had a little matchplay thing going with my partner. Ended up square after 18 after being 4 down half way through. Great fun and I really don't see the issue with all the proper precautions being taken. The group behind us were playing a 2 ball ambrose trying to get as low as possible.
I think we might be looking at 3 balls possibly next Sat all going well.
TTG has gone to 2 ball members only as of last week
Good luck to them. No income apart from the monthly subs.
Once you go yellow, you will never go back
Apparently Kooyonga is re-opening for social golf (members only). That makes North Adelaide (my course, dammit) the only course still closed?
Hopefully they will let them all in and then shut the gates.
