Don't need training to know you don't sleep with someone in quarantine.
    Absolute disgrace.
The guy in WA got a month in jail, lucky as he was actually sentenced to a partially suspended jail term of six months and two weeks.

I am hearing that golf (and fishing) are still OK under the Vic lockdown?? Have the News sites got it wrong?, or has the CMO changed the restrictions list?

Just don’t know if it’s restricted to your own council or not.

You can leave home in Tullamarine, drive 2 hrs to Flinders for a surf, get changed in the car park and head to Portsea for 18 holes, then head to Mordialloc for a fish, call in at North Melbourne on the way home for some take away, all in the one day. It’s not much of a lockdown considering the cluster **** that Comrade Dan and his branch stacking crims got us into.

I am over the Media's Covid witchhunts. Where is the focus on the large percentage of people doing the wrong thing. That is the core issue to me. People looking after themselves with no thought of others. Travelling from hotspots when there is no essential reason to do so. Beating the lockdowns seems to have become a national sport. This morning they are glorifying all the people out last night on the town in Melbourne for one last fling/binge. Seriously, what will it take for the general population to get it. Everywhere I go in Brisbane, I see people totally ignoring the most basic social distancing and hygiene protocols. The scary thing is the Experts are saying this isn't even the 2nd wave, just a flare up of the 1st wave still.

Not to mention the medias Covid19 alarmism too.

Yesterday the big news being broadcast was from WHO saying they havent ruled out airborne infections.

Yet if you look at the headlines you would think the media wants to get everyone into hazmat suits.

"Havent ruled out" doesnt mean high probability but they make it sound so.

Easy fix, guys. Don't watch the news. Don't read the newspaper. Don't follow the media online. It has worked for me for years.

I read earlier in the week the numerous scientists were trying to persuade WHO to acknowledge that claim. Good to see they are almost listening.

I was doing exactly that and had no idea why nobody was at Sunnybank Plaza in March.

Golf Australia has announced no sanctioned international travel for two years. You want to do it then you pay your own way.

With the new border restrictions that were just announced for Victorians going into NSW sport is not a good reason to cross the border. Will be a lot of spare slots on the time sheet now!

Not a surprise given the current situation and even less of a surprise seeing GA went way over their budget last year.

It’s probably expensive sending 50 staff to the masters and the Open

Show some sympathy Hatch, a few of these GA snivellers are potentially gonna lose their Platinum FF status with Qantas, the government needs to do something.

Seems a bit over the top. I can understand public transport, shops, anything inside etc. If you run around the course you won't have to wear it!

I thought that there was an exception for active sports. Does that mean that golf isn't classified by the government as active?
