I'm looking to start to try and improve my strength/conditioning, focusing on golf related fitness.
Has anyone got any programs they have used, they would like to share.
Cheers

Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!
I haven’t tried it but I’ve seen www.golf-wod.com getting plugged in Instagram.
TPI screen would be very handy I reckon.
I’ve gone the other way, seems to be working for me.....
Don't have a specific program, but have just started watching Alex Evans golf channel on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWN...2aev1oCRJNnevw and he seems to have detailed his golf gym and stretching routines. Seems interesting, but have only watched one or two so far.
I have a membership with Anytime Fitness, and their app has some golf specific workouts.
Nick Randall, golf fit pro , is one I have seen , uspga sells fitness DVD thru it’s teaching academy
In my collection of never read books, i have : David Kier "Physical Conditioning for Golfers" Gary Player "Fit for Golf" and "Golf begins at Fifty"
I had a TPI coach until he decided to get out of that business and run a couple of F45 gyms.
Then I found Nick Buchan of https://www.golffit.co.uk/blog/authors/nickbuchan.html but the online thing didn't feel great for the price.
I've just started with Andrew at https://www.golfersedge.com.au/ after finding someone certified near my new place.
A screen is advisable if you can get one. You will find what you can work on, whether it is mobility or strength or power. All have a part to play in the swing.
Hey MT
I went and saw this guy (https://www.healthydrive.com.au/) for 3 sessions. I think he goes to Newcastle and works with Jason Laws too...might be worth checking. From memory it was around $450 for 3 sessions.
He really knows his stuff and has trackman K vest.
We did a lot of test to figure out if I had any mobility or flexibility strength, issues or weaknesses and then gave me exercises to work on those.
Down side of when I saw him was I had some physical issues I was trying to get over which causes motivation issues to put into practice when he showed. I've been back at the gym since October and still do some of the exercises and stretches that the showed me.
Good luck with your search.
