    Default Strokes Gained

I may be about 5 years behind the curve but I have been reading a bit about strokes gained stats. I always thought it was tour only but I see mention of people tracking their own strokes gained.

Does anyone here track their strokes gained, if so how?

Game Golf gives me those stats compared to various Benchmarks e.g. vs Scratch, 5, 10, 15 etc handicaps. It then enables you to bury down into each element i.e. Short Game, Approach, off the Tee and Putting. It also gives me Strokes Lost analysis where I can compare my own rounds e.g. last round vs last 3, and numerous other permutations.
