Where is Umpire Daryl Hare when you need him to call out an illegal action when no one else has the balls to call it.

for some perspective, the elevation drop from 10tee to green at 30m is more than the par 3 5th at Kooralbyn, which is 22m down, which I am sure many of us have played.
the 18th at Augusta is 19m up from tee to green, imagine playing a 420m ish par 4 up that HILL!
(elevations measured using google earth)
Go De Shambles!
Sorry Captain, there'll be no joy for you this weekend.
I must admit I'm really hoping Bryson misses the cut. Not because I don't like him or what he is trying to do, but because the hysteria has been ridiculous.
Just because he wins a US Open he wasn't supposed to win, suddenly the entire game was in crisis, and everybody has to find an extra 40 metres to compete with him and with Matthew Wolff. Maybe that is true on US Open courses and set-ups, but normal golf isn't all about driving distance. Hopefully the pundits and assorted other media will stop talking doom, and concentrate on golf.
Having said that, I'm struggling a bit with this Masters for other reasons. The greens are so soft it is genuine target golf, and I'm really missing the atmosphere generated by the crowds. It really is a Masters with an asterisk.
However, if Cam Smith wins, all of that will be forgotten.

Go Bryson!
great to see someone else sees the light too!
Without a doubt, he has enhanced his game significantly, but there is one facet the media was overlooking, all that stuff is great, but you gotta be 'on' as well on that week. Its just a matter of how often he can perform at his peak.
I'm not a massive fan of DJ, but I must say, when he is in the zone, his game is so impressive.
It must be an incredible feeling to stand on the tee with driver in hand, knowing that you can put the ball just about anywhere you want.

Go DJ!
DJ’s to loose now.
Cam did very well not to drop shots on the last 3 holes stumbling home.
Cam needs a Faldo round while DJ has a hand on the throat Shark round.
