I suspect the mi-match process might not be thorough enough for Bryson.

Had this article appeared before the US Open, I might have thought that Bryson needs to take his hand off it, but he was justified. I still think he was very lucky, and he is very talented, rather than his application of technology being the difference. But you can't argue with the result.

Cameron Davis is in a 3 way tie for first going into the last round tonight. It would be great to see him get a PGA tour win.

Those who claim that modern day golfers can't 'work' the ball should watch the two back nine par 5's Justin Thomas played today.

Both holes he sprayed his drive way right. The first one, he played a 30 yard hook recovery shot (off the cart path, worth a Youtube look if you haven't seen it) back to the fairway. The second one, he played a 30 yard slice recovery shot to the fairway.

As the ad used to say, these guys are good.

Is the real argument can't or don't need to work the ball as much these days so it gives the impression they can't?
Clubs and more so modern Golf Balls has them spinning much less than they used to.

    Poor Phil.

Can't wait for tomorrow morning, still deciding how early I'm going to get up. Is it on golf.tv, or just fox?

I'm not sure that I like him, but I think Bryson will win. Have placed a small wager. I have to admire his approach & commitment though.

    I like this one

Cheaters don’t prosper at the Masters. Well, except in 2018. Still, better luck next year, Sung Kang and Patrick Reed!

Which is why I’m surprised to read this on the Fried Egg? I thought this was supposed to be the ‘serious’ side of things.

Has he really come out and said that or has that been doctored up by photo shop wizards?

If he reckons they’re all par 4s, wouldn’t that make it 68?

He reckons he can drive the 3rd so I gather that's where he gets the 67 from.

Rae's creek might argue with him a bit, particularly with that miss left I see him hit a bit.

Read somewhere today that claimed he drove that with a 3 wood in practice recently.
